This is nice sized for a "WOW" shower gift, shower table centerpiece, hospital gift, or a home visit to the new parents. It measures approximately 16 inches high and 10 inches wide and is chock full of things for baby.
Every new parent can use more diapers! This two layer cake has a 10 inch layer and an 8 inch layer made of 36 (size 1-2) disposable diapers. Brands used are Huggies, Luvs, Pampers, or Swaddlers that can be used by the baby (note: rubber bands are used in construction but they do not touch the inside of the diapers).
The diaper cake is decorated with silk flowers, beads, and bows. Then baby care items are tucked around:

The adorable "Sock Baby" sits on top measuring about 8 inches high by 6 inches wide. It is made with things for baby to use:
